Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, grow, and energize our recruitment function. This pivotal role fuels our business growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier Virtual Assistants ready for deployment into high-impact client roles.
You will be responsible for leading a talented recruitment team, managing the full hiring lifecycle, and partnering with internal leaders and external clients—including C-suite stakeholders—to ensure we consistently deliver the right talent, at the right time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and execute a scalable recruitment strategy tailored for niche, specialized, and high-volume hiring needs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a growing team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with performance goals and business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Service Delivery to forecast hiring needs and proactively address staffing gaps.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Oversee the entire hiring process—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring speed, quality, and compliance.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with external clients, including senior and C-level executives, to understand their evolving needs and deliver talent solutions that exceed expectations.
- Performance & Metrics: Own key hiring KPIs and continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve conversion rates, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or high-growth talent-centric environments
- A data-driven mindset with strong operational discipline
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-performance culture
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- Willingness to report to Northern Mindanao office on a quarterly basis (expenses paid by employer)
- Open to work in a night shift schedule
