As a Technical Recruiter at JoulesToWatts Business Solution, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks and background screenings
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in end-to-end Technical Recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent for various roles
- Strong understanding of technical skills and experience required for different technical positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a genuine interest in staying up-to-date on emerging trends and advancements
- Amenable to work in Hybrid set-up (2x wfh and 3x work on-site in Cyberscape Ortigas, Pasig City))
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
