1. Prepares requisition of materials such as oils, lubricant, fluids, additive, solvents, rags, sandpaper and similar shop requirements on a timely basis.
2. Issues tools to mechanics and ensures that they are returned after use.
3. Maintains adequate inventory of shop supplies & ensures that receipts and issues are properly recorded.
4. Prepares requisition of needed tools & equipment.
5. Reports to Assistant Manager – Service losses and/or damages of service tools & equipment.
6. Issues and controls the distribution of rags, shop supplies to service personnel.
7. Declares scrap materials & tools.
8. Assists in annual inventory taking.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of two –year Automotive Technology course.
2. Possesses a valid professional driver’s license.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
