Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to optimize product visibility and availability. • Monitor and analyze trade and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of trade materials (e.g., display stands, posters, testers).
- Track and report on trade marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Support new product launches through channel-specific strategies and activations.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Conduct regular trade visits to assess execution and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (FMCG or retail experience preferred).
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel for store checks and field activities
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
