ROLE: Primary responsibility will be to promote and drive sales within one's assigned area through coordination with distributors and dealers. The role includes ensuring that distributors and dealers meet sales quotas within the prescribed performance indicators (MI) and collect payments according to approved terms.

- Relationship building and conversion of stores to Phelps Dodge
- Relationship building with electricians and other stakeholders
- Implement Phelps Dodge's promotions
- Conduct of /facilitate product presentations
- Manage our distributor/ dealer
- Data gathering and analysis
JOBS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and is a self-starter.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, strong analytical abilities, and proactive decision-making.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
