- Maintaining records: Keeping track of training records, schedules, and attendance
- Organizing training: Scheduling training sessions, reserving space, and ensuring audiovisual equipment is available
- Distributing materials: Handing out materials before and after the training
- Tracking progress: Monitoring crew training progress
- Collaborating with others: Working with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs
- Ensuring compliance: Making sure the organization complies with training regulations
- Performing other duties: Completing other duties as required by the Recruitment and Training Department
