- Checking Applicants checklist or documents
- Assist or instruct Applicants for their application forms and Interview Forms
- Assist walk-in applicants and scheduled crew for interview and exam
- Encoding of Applicants details on database
- Doing basic clerical tasks & sorting of electronic email
- Other task that may assign from time to time
