Seda Hotels is looking for a results-driven Training Manager who will oversee the hotel’s staff training and development initiatives.
Location: Western Visayas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a training manager or specialist, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using MS Office tools or other systems.
- Passionate about service excellence and team development.
