1.What will be your role
Clean Fuel is looking for TRAINING OFFICER who will:
- Assess current training and development systems and develop new training programs for the company
- Conduct research to identify specific employee training needs
- Conduct employee trainings (continuous training- head office and field)
- Supervise Field trainers and Roving Supervisors
- Jot form custodian
2. What you bring to the table
- Bachelors’ degree in field of expertise
- Certified Professional in training Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has passion for teaching and public speaking
- With strong teamwork abilities
3.Must haves
- Proficiency in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially power point presentation
- With proven experience (2years) as training Supervisor
- Knowledge in video editing/ presentation
