Job Purpose:
Directly reporting to the Manager, the Treasury Assistant will handle daily disbursement transactions.
Responsibilities
1. Issue disbursement receipts and retrieve provincial disbursements reports
2. Release all approved check disbursements to suppliers and employees
3. File paid check vouchers and prepare end-of-day reports
4. Ensure orderly filing and safekeeping of all documents
Key Qualifications (Background, Experience, etc):
1. Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Results oriented and ability to function in a team environment
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
