About the Role:
We are seeking a technically skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in architectural drafting and thermal bridge assessment. The role will involve preparing 2D floor plans and elevation drawings using AutoCAD, presentation materials using Photoshop, and undertaking FSRI (Fabric Specific Risk Index) or thermal bridge calculations for energy efficiency and retrofit projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update floor plans, elevations, and layout drawings in AutoCAD.
- Use Photoshop to produce visual materials or enhance design presentations.
- Carry out FSRI or thermal bridge calculations (training or templates may be provided).
- Support retrofit and energy efficiency project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings and calculations comply with PAS 2030/PAS 2035 guidance.
- Maintain organised drawing files and document naming conventions.
- Liaise with UK-based team members via Google Drive, Dropbox, and communication tools.

Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a bonus).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with or understanding of thermal bridging and fabric risk assessment in the context of retrofit (e.g. cold bridges, PSI values, condensation risk).
- Good English communication (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented with good time management.

Desirable (but not required):
- Experience with FSRI tools, Psi-Therm, BuildDesk, or similar software.
- Familiarity with PAS 2035, SAP/RdSAP methodology.
- Prior work with retrofit assessors, coordinators, or energy modelers.
- Basic understanding of U-values, dew point, insulation placement, and ventilation impact.
