PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible for assisting Warranty Section on their daily task on processing warranty claims. He/she is responsible in ensuring warranty claims are reported and settled by the manufacturer Foton China.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Encode Warranty Claims to Foton International System for claiming.
- Ensures that all approved and disapproved warranty claims and warranty reports are accurately documented.
- Timely processing of all warranty claims.
- Reviews and process all returned / rejected / adjusted warranty claims making sure to track each claim until its final resolution.
- Puts warranty tag in the warranty room for proper storage.
- Properly segregates the small to big warranty parts in the storage room.
- Timely prepares warranty reports.
- Coordinates with Warranty supervisor, Technical Service Officer and Technical Manager for warranty concerns.
- Evaluates and checks all warranty parts submitted by Foton Dealers.
- Monitors the completion of Technical Service Bulletin and Special Service Campaigns.
- Ensures that all payments for all approved warranty claims and incurred warranty expenses are made before the deadline.
- Ensures that warranty reports for Passenger Vehicles and Light Duty Truck are properly documented and encoded upon approval
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintains and updates timely dealer contact list.
- Performs other duties/task as deemed assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
