The Assistant Finance Manager will assist and oversee the team's operation to ensure the team is on track, meeting deadlines, and delivering on time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing financial reports/data to different stakeholders.
  • Assist in projects being handled by/ assigned to the Finance Team.
  • Monitor and coordinate bill processing.
  • File corporate taxes and regulatory reports and requirements.
  • Update monthly reconciliation reports (i.e., bank, accounting tax).

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance with exposure to reporting, tax compliance, and reconciliations.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in handling financial data and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in financial reconciliation and process accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, particularly in handling sensitive financial data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in multinational companies or software/technology industries.
  • Exposure to project management related to financial process improvement initiatives.
