The Junior Sous Chef assists the Executive Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, proper preparation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. This role provides support in supervising the culinary team, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and developing menu items while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

- with experience in hospitality industry
- Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of kitchen experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or senior cook role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiar with international and local cuisine.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
