Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored technology solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure—while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations (virtual or in-person) to showcase value and business impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position offerings effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in HubSpot and provide timely forecasts and activity reports.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project success.
- Negotiate contract terms that align with both client needs and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within technology services or SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud, HR, ERP, and digital solutions.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and collaborative.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
