- Prepare dining areas before meal service, including setting tables and organizing utensils.
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Clear tables and clean dining areas after meals.
- Ensure that all guests’ dietary needs and preferences are respected and followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Report any issues with food quality or customer satisfaction to the supervisor.
- Assist in restocking supplies and keeping service stations organized.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation.
