A design team of a U.S based company in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu is urgently in need of competent and dynamic individual to fill up the position.
Qualifications:
- Graduate BSBA major in HRDM or other related courses
- With at least one (1) year experience as an HR staff
- Can work in a fast faced environment with less supervision
- Administrative and computer skills (MS Office Applications)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in a team environment with exceptional flexibility, poise and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient and well-organized
- Willing to work immediately
Responsibilities:
- Can perform all hiring and recruitment activities.
- Maintains and updates employee records and all Company requirements of the employees.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as timekeeping, benefits and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in training and manage staff.
- Has knowledge on labor laws.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)
