Job Responsibilities
As HR Intern focused on Compensation and Benefits at Valor Global Inc., you will gain practical experience in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Must be willing to work onsite (8hrs)
- Assisting with Compensation and Benefits Administration helping with the day-to-day management of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Assist with creating and distributing employee communication materials related to compensation and benefits
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- Minimum of 250 hours and above internship duration
- Have a strong interest in human resources
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and other HR team members
- Accuracy and attention to detail are important when handling employee information and documentation
