We are looking for a dependable and experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws. This role involves managing end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple departments while promoting positive employee relations and supporting leadership in building a dedicated, high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business-related field
- Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar administrative position
- Familiar with HR concepts, procedures, and applicable legal regulations
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Upholds strong principles of professionalism, discretion, and the secure handling of confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR-related documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll compliance processes
- Address employee relations issues and assist in enforcing company policies
- Provide HR reports and support management in workforce planning and decision-making
