- First point of contact for customers/users seeking desktop assistance
- Provide timely and effective support for wide range of desktop / developed program related issues
- Requires customer service skills to ensure clear explanation of technical concepts to a non-technical user
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any IT related course
- Computer literate with basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Structure Query Language (SQL)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,500.00 per month
