Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage timecards from employees using various timekeeping systems.
- Review and process timecards accurately for payroll payments.
- Proactively follow up with employees to obtain or correct missing/incomplete timecards.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies; answer payroll-related employee inquiries.
- Train new hires on their specific timekeeping and payroll procedures.
- Provide assistance with HR tasks as needed.
Work Schedule
- Graveyard Shift (aligning with US business hours)
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to speak clearly and professionally, even under pressure.
- Strong math, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) is a plus.
- Highly organized, task-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Committed to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
