JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Monitor and update the QA progress status chart and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly.
2. Summarize QA section performance and policy compliance results for presentation during management review meetings.
3. Lead, monitor, evaluate, and verify activities related to Corrective Action Requests (CAR), Preventive Actions (PA), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Nonconformance/Quality Reports (NQR).
4. Supervise the handling of customer complaints and ensure effective deployment of approved countermeasures.
5. Validate and monitor QA activities related to APQP and process/design changes, including PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and limit sample generation.
6. Supervise and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of process patrol audits.
7. Establish and maintain effective internal communication within the QA department and with customers.
8. Promote, conduct, and report the results of internal quality audits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), APQP, corrective and preventive actions, and other quality assurance processes
Supervisory experience is an advantage
Solid knowledge of QMS standards including ISO, TS16949, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and planning skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Auditing experience is an advantage
