Role:
- Generate Sales by identifying and converting potential customer
- Customer market research, and customer relationship management
- Achieving Sales Target meeting sales quota and targets
- Product Knowledge of products and services being sold to effectively communicate their value to customer
- Follow up regularly with the potential customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generating sales initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Foster new ideas and team collaborations
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the market
- Sales Executives participate in team meetings, industry events, and trade shows to stay updated and network.
- Effectively showcasing products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and objections.
- Building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Must have strong attention to details
- Can communicate well verbally
- With construction industry experience is an edge
