Job description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and marinate ingredients such as vegetables and proteins.
Cook using a wok to stir-fry, sauté, steam, or deep-fry dishes.
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during service hours.
Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages to management.
Adapt to high-volume cooking during busy periods.
Learn and prepare a variety of dishes as required.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine
Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or in a similar restaurant concept
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
