The Area Sales Head – North Luzon (Region I to Region III) is responsible for leading, managing, and growing sales operations across the North Luzon region. This role involves setting and executing area-specific strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. The position plays a key role in monitoring market trends, guiding the regional sales team, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, results-driven, and experienced in field sales and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across assigned North Luzon territories
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the region
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or regional management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow sales performance
- Willing to travel frequently across the North Luzon region
- Familiarity with the market in North Luzon is an advantage
