Are you organized, reliable, and enjoy both hospitality and working in a farm setting? We’re looking for a versatile Event and Farm Associate to support the coordination of events and oversee farm-related logistics (no direct animal handling required).
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level (preferably in Hospitality, Agriculture, or related fields)
- With or without prior experience in events or farm assistance
- Physically fit and able to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Organized, dependable, and with good interpersonal skills
- Can work well under pressure and follow clear instructions
- With initiative and a willingness to learn
Duties and Responsibilities: Event-Related Tasks:
- Assist in event setup and takedown (e.g., tables, chairs, tents, decorations)
- Support guest assistance, registration, and coordination during the event
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the venue before, during, and after events
- Work closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure smooth operations
Farm-Related Tasks (No animal feeding):
- Monitor farm stock levels (e.g., tools, supplies, materials) and report replenishment needs
- Coordinate with caretakers assigned to animals and ensure their schedules and needs are supported
- Maintain cleanliness and basic order in farm areas and pathways
- Support logistics for farm tours or outdoor activities when required
