Key Responsibilities:
- Source reliable suppliers for food items and supplies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Ensure timely procurement of high-quality food materials
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast supply needs
- Track and evaluate supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for supply planning
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory or procurement systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and budget-conscious

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
