Project Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable CRM Data Cleanup & Maintenance Specialist to help clean up and organize our contact and company records in Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. Your main job will be to find and remove duplicate records, merge information when needed, and help make sure our data is accurate and up-to-date. This work is important for our ongoing marketing and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and remove duplicate records in Microsoft Dynamics (may involve more than one table or section)
- Search for and remove duplicate records in HubSpot
- Combine records if the same contact or company appears more than once
- Work directly in our live system, making sure changes are accurate and careful
- Learn to spot and report any errors that might happen between Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot (more advanced tasks may come later, after training)
- Use our current processes for cleaning up data, but also suggest better ways to do things if you see opportunities
- Work closely with our project manager and other team members to update them on your progress and ask questions if needed
Estimated Workload
- Initial phase: Around 4 hours per day, for 2-3 weeks
- Possible extension: 1-2 hours per day for longer-term maintenance
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot CRM systems
- Good data entry and data management skills, especially finding and fixing duplicate records
- Familiarity with working in live/active CRM systems
- Quick to learn and able to follow training and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organized approach to tasks
- Able to work independently but also communicate clearly with the team
Nice to Have
- Previous experience solving errors or connection issues between Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
- Experience suggesting or setting up tools to make data cleaning faster or easier
Compensation
Hourly Rate: PHP 300 to 800 per hour, depending on your experienceAdditional Information
- Youll start with about 5,000 records to review and clean up, with support and training provided
- You must be comfortable making careful changes in a live CRM system
- The job will begin with cleaning up records and could later include more technical work as you learn the systems
