We're looking for a Customer Service Representative passionate about plants and people! The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries related to indoor planting and hydroponics through phone, email, and chat channels.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST (Tuesday to Thursday: 4:00 AM – 12:00 NN PHT)
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (Sunday & Monday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT)
Days Off: Thursday and Friday
Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service through various channels
• Respond to inquiries about indoor planting and general agriculture
• Offer guidance throughout the planting process and provide expert advice
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Planting related) or related field, or at least 1 year of relevant planting experience (indoor planting/hydroponics experience preferred).
• Must be able to work US time zones (EST)
• Willing to work on-site in Angono, Rizal
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide voice support services
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
