Why does this role exist?
This role exists to provide critical support in managing the client’s Shopify e-commerce store and ensuring a seamless customer experience through quality assurance and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bridge communication between executives, developers, and marketing teams to maintain and improve the online store’s performance. Hiring for this position supports the company’s goal of delivering fresh, healthy air products efficiently while scaling their digital presence.
The Impact you’ll make
Executive Support- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Monitor inboxes and assist with communications and timely follow-ups
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation
Shopify Store Management
- Update product pricing, descriptions, and website headers regularly
- Conduct content audits and implement site-wide copy changes
- Create or modify pages and collections using Shopify’s admin dashboard
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Perform QA checks after product launches, price updates, and site changes
- Test customer journeys such as add-to-cart, checkout, and confirmation emails
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs or UX/UI issues promptly
Coordination with Developers and Agencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for developers, designers, and marketing partners
- Track open projects, requests, and deadlines using project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Notion)
- Clearly document and communicate technical requirements and QA feedback
General Operations
- Monitor store performance metrics and flag any irregularities
- Assist with pulling performance reports and customer data
- Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve internal workflows
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum 2 years in executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operational role
- Proven experience managing Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms
- Coding experience (basic HTML/CSS or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce management and QA testing
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Central Time.
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical skills: Shopify admin proficiency, basic HTML/CSS, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion)
- Quality assurance mindset with an eye for detail and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote work environment
