Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Process incoming loan applications efficiently and accurately
- Enter customer and loan information into the company’s system
- Contact applicants by phone to gather additional information or clarify application details
- Ensure all required documentation and data is complete and correct
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Follow internal procedures and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- FRESH GRADS CAN APPLY!
- Financial experience is a PLUS
- BPO experience is an advantage
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have basic MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
