Responsibilities:
Supports the Product Head in driving growth and retention of the GCash Pera Outlet business
Defines the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap; manages operations and associated P&L
Develops and maintains a pipeline of engaging campaigns and promotions
Coordinates with Product Performance, Sales, Growth, and CXM teams for effective campaign execution
Understands partner business objectives and leads Business Reviews and joint planning to deliver value
Analyzes product performance data to inform strategy and execution
Leads internal projects for platform and category development as needed
Establishes scalable documentation and operational processes
Supports Pera Outlet partner acquisition and retention by resolving product concerns, ensuring timely solutions, and enhancing the partner experience
Enables customer-facing teams to deliver new product features, promotions, and offline payment initiatives
Collaborates with internal teams for joint business-building efforts and acts as the lead point of contact for Pera Outlet stakeholders
Works with the Customer team to execute Go-To-Market programs and communication strategies to grow key business metrics
Qualifications:
- Strong background in project management or product development
- Preferably with minimum 3 years working experience
- Driven, self-motivated and self-managed
- Highly skilled in data analysis
- Highly organized and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, specifically Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge and experience using SQL and Jira a plus
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
