- Responsible for tasks such as schedule generation, day-to-day oversight of company procedures and operations, and some disciplinary actions;
- Coordinates, directs and plans everyday business operations;
- Supervises employees, makes sure they follow regulations and meet standards of all departments;
- Monitors and analyzes business processes and results to profitably achieve target goals;
- Analyzes results and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the departments strengths and address areas of opportunity;
- Ensures the execution of all action plans;
- Looks over financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals;
- Works to realize financial objectives by motivating staff and implementing marketing strategies;
- Engages in opportunities that can add to overall workplace accomplishments;
- Entails some administrative duties, lead team meetings and group training sessions;
- GM oversees HR & Admin Department which includes Manpower Pooling, Hiring, Training, Evaluation, Rewarding, Retention & Separation;
- Submits Weekly and Monthly reports to Owners and communicates on a daily basis for any updates;
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
