Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing the different functions and areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, and other tasks that are deemed necessary or as required by the business operation.
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process
- Performs admin tasks that are detrimental to day-to-day operation
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Atleast 1-3 relevant experience
- With good communication skills, mature, people-person, observes deadline, detail-oriented, with interpersonal abilities, willing to do field works, multitasker, flexible, innovative, team-player, with strong follow up skills, trustworthy, and objective
