HR & Admin Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and site by ensuring that all policies and procedure are fully implemented.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly coordinate all the necessary problems and issue to CAO& CFO , President&CEO.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Report Newly Hired Employee to SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
- Process renewal requirements for Business Permit, PCAB, B.O.C, DOLE, Sanitary & Fire Permit.
- Maintains, Order or Purchase of office supplies and materials.
- Make necessary documents for all the newly hired employee.
- Coordinate with accounting, technical and operation with regards to work related issues and complaints.
- Report annual budgetting to the management.
- Answers phone calls, Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
- Create and maintain filing system and make estimates and quotations to clients if needed.
- Collate and distribute mails.
- Create and Distributecorrespondence, memos, emails, prepares weekly/monthly billing to all projects.
- Event planning and meeting set up. (Christmas Party, company outing etc.)
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Monitor of Office equipments.
- Maintain Housekeeping of Office.
- Perform other task from time to time.
- Yearly evaluation of regular employees.
- Evaluation of probationary employee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
