Education & Experienced Requirements:
- A graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any allied program
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, or Psychology, or a Doctorate degree
- With at least 5-year experience in a similar role
- Background or experience within an academic institution is of great advantage
JOB SUMMARY:
Takes charge of leading and enhancing the institutional human resources by planning, complying, implementing, and evaluating the human resources policies, requirements, programs, and practices.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Human Resources Department in the conduct of work performed by HR Specialists in Talent Acquisition and Placement, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and Discipline, and Records Management.
