An HR recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization. Their role involves a range of tasks, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Graduate of Human Resource Management / Psychology or any related course
- Willing to travel / assigned @ all business units: San Pedro, San Pablo, Binan Laguna / Paranaque, and Caloocan (staff house)
- With least 2 years experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Preferably with own motorcycle and drivers license
- Hardworking and result oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
