- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and related field
- Preferably with 3 year experience in all HR facet.
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
- Excellent communication and people skills
Job Responsibilities
- Monitors manpower movement and prepares weekly manpower reports
- Prepares and issues Notice of AWOL, Notice of Explanation, Notice of End of Project Employment, and Movement Form
- Facilitates recruitment and on boarding process.
- With experience handling payroll and timekeeping.
- Prepares Contracts of Project Employment and Job Description.
- Monitors and facilitates employee benefits (SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig)
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure HR compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
