Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company practices and processes. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and ensure the effective delivery of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development. Fosters a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and objectives.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Lead performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
