QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of BS Psychology, or BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management
- With relative experience in Employee Relations for at least 1 year
- Willing to be assigned in Gerona, Tarlac
- Willing to render field works
- Best Communication Skills
- Flexible, highly adaptive and willing to learn
- Able to work in a multi-national working environment
