- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Biology
- Licensed Chemical Technician
- with experience in food industry, food micro and physico-
- chem testing, or laboratory operations
- Performs routine microbiological analysis, sensory
- analysis, foreign material, and other physico-chemical
- evaluation
- Checks and evaluates sample results
- Monitors equipment status re: calibration and verification
- Works well under pressure and has impressive stress
- management
- Method development, verification, and validation
