The Store Officer-in-Charge (OIC) manages the daily operations of the food court store, ensuring smooth workflow, good customer service, and following company rules. The OIC leads the team when the Store Manager is not around and ensures all tasks are done properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring clear communication.
- Supervise daily operations and support staff in performing their roles effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Provide guidance, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.
- Handle customer interactions, including service quality and complaint resolution.
- Oversee inventory, cash handling, and operational efficiency.
- Double-check all logbooks, inventory records, deposit slips, and cashier turnovers.
- Submit a detailed closing report, including photos of cleanliness (e.g., oven), cashless payment terminals such as Panda, Grab, GCash, Maya, and BDO.
- If assigned to the opening shift, taste all food items to ensure quality standards.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional development among staff.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
