Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners to drive engagement and volume for the trade-in program
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve or exceed business development and sales goals
- Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring a positive experience and proactively resolving any issues
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations, training sessions, and materials to support partner success
- Monitor and analyze partner performance data, providing insights on KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless partner journey
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partner relations
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills, with proven ability to manage and grow partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
