Full job description
The Project-in-Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing day-to-day project activities to ensure successful and timely completion. The PIC serves as the primary point of contact on-site and ensures that all operations align with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Must have a knowledge in Solar Projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of the project from planning to execution and turnover.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, manpower, and budgets to ensure efficient use and adherence to project schedules.
- Serve as the lead on-site representative to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including daily accomplishments, issues, and updates.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment needed on-site.
- Identify potential risks or issues and proactively implement solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and progress of work.
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project supervision or a related role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and/or construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
