TheRecruitment Clerk is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation. The role also includes Admin, ATM processing and assisting with employee deployment logistics. The HRAD Clerk will render rotation duty at the CALAX site in General Trias Cavite to assist in on-ground recruitment activities and support site HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Facilitate ATM application and processing for newly hired employees.
Coordinate with site and head office teams for manpower requirements and deployment.
Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant tracking databases.
Assist in conducting initial interviews and requirements collection at the site.
Render rotation duty at the CALAX – Cavite project site to support on-site recruitment and HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably / With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support in a construction company.
Willing to be assigned on rotation duty at the CALAX site in General Trias Cavite & Muntinlupa (Provided by a shuttle service)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR documentation.
