Job Description
The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Support with the implementation of payroll services and transition plan
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding logistics, incl. contract management, candidate completion of onboarding documents, and complete necessary inputs into Fieldglass (VMS)
- Follow up with Contingent Workers on timesheet submission, reconciliation to provide gross pay to the payroll team
- Leave management, overtime, and other enquiries to non-standard pay and instruct payroll to process where needed
- Handle all queries from contractors concerning pay (salaries, statutory pay, and benefits)
- Initiate pre-employment screening with FADV and closely follow up with progress to comply with program standards and SLAs
- Liaise with AGS PMO to manage off-boarding logistics via Fieldglass
Qualifications
- Experience supporting an MSP program or in a payroll capacity is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience supporting MSP programs
- Good understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
- Experience in timesheet management and invoice coordination
- Detail-minded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office/Tools- advanced skills
- Must be amenable to day shift schedule and hybrid work setup (office is based in Ortigas Pasig area)
