About the Role
The Shopify Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will support the daily operations of the marketing team across digital, print, and product-focused initiatives. This hybrid role blends creative design with content management and project coordination. You’ll be responsible for producing on-brand marketing assets, retouching and optimising product imagery, updating web content in Shopify, and supporting product launch workflows.
Success in this role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables across marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with the design, eCommerce, and product teams to help ensure high-quality, consistent marketing output.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and format product datasheets and marketing collateral
- Edit, optimise, and retouch product images (high-level Photoshop skills required)
- Design marketing materials including brochures, posters, and other print assets
- Manage and organise digital assets using SharePoint
- Upload and update blog content, imagery, and product information on Shopify
- Write and edit product descriptions with attention to tone and accuracy
- Source and repurpose content from social media for marketing use
- Prepare and assist in monthly marketing performance reporting
- Coordinate product launch workflows using Trello (create tasks, brief in assets, source missing information)
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in a marketing, digital content, or creative coordination role.
- Skilled in high-quality image retouching, color correction, and optimization for digital and print use.
- Proficient in independently creating brochures, posters, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Confident working in Shopify, including updating blogs, product pages, and images within both CMS and product catalogue environments.
- Organized and efficient in managing brand files and creative assets using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experienced in managing timelines, task creation, and cross-functional collaboration using tools like Trello.
- Strong copy-editing and basic copywriting skills, particularly for product descriptions, blog content, and marketing materials.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
- Comfortable working with raw data to prepare monthly reports or performance summaries.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and optimizing web copy for discoverability.
- Familiar with maintaining design consistency and supporting brand identity across assets.
- Experience or interest in retail, interiors, or product-based businesses.
