Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics operations within our distribution warehouse. This role is responsible for supervising the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, managing inventory flow, ensuring shipping and receiving accuracy, and optimizing warehouse logistics performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in supply chain management, and experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, shipping, and transportation coordination.
- Oversee and lead warehouse staff to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of logistics tasks.
- Collaborate with procurement, transportation, and warehouse teams to support the full supply chain lifecycle.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (e.g., FIFO) and replenishment processes.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, scheduling with carriers and resolving shipping issues.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Conduct regular audits, inventory counts, and spot checks to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to warehouse and logistics staff.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain functions, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, and shipping platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions based on metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); advanced Excel is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
