We are hiring TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENTS for a chat support account with the following qualifications:
* Experience in social media & live chat (an added advantage)
* Excellent in English communication skills especially in writing
* General knowledge in Billing and Technical process
* Above Average typing skills
* Experience in a Telco Account is an advantage
* Willing to work with a team
* Open-minded and open for coaching
* Can work on either mid / graveyard shift
