Primary Role
Manage an assigned team of individual contributors
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee the completion of team projects
- Ensure adherence to operating standards
- Enforce company policies
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active local RN license
- At least 6 months of recent & pertinent supervisory experience
- Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled
- Must have at least 1 year experience either of the following functions:
Inpatient Coding with active CPC/CCS/CIC Coding Certification
